  • 3/4 ounce Cointreau
  • 3/4 ounce lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 ounces cognac

  • 'not sure about this.  I used PAARL brandy from South Africa and it seemed very good.
    other times I've used Napoleon and it was not as good.  when I figure out the perfect recipe i'll post it.
