1 oz oloroso sherry (I used Lustau East India sherry)
1/2 oz maraschino liqueur
1/2 oz aged rum
3 dashes orange bitters
Sir all ingredients gentl with ice.
strain into a small wine glass -- I used a chilled coupe
it was a success. Nice taste of the sherry
